The place itself is the lower half of an over/under duplex. I live by myself in the upper half. The unit is comfortablly fully furnished large one bedroom with full bath en suite. There is laundry in the unit as well as AC. There is a full kitchen supplied with all the usual cooking paraphenalia. There is a large deck out front and a nice view of Lake Union and Queen Anne. The space is bright and artisic with a mid-century vibe....

The space is very private, warm, and inviting. Very comfortable for two. There are stairs up to the unit which is one of the things that gives it a cozy treehouse feeling. Also the view! Beautiful place to stay
My partner and I stayed with Annett for a month and a half and really enjoyed our stay! The space is cozily furnished, well stocked, and very private. The stairs up from street level give the unit a very private feel, but it is also close to transit and amenities! Annett is lovely and was quick to help if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here while you are in Seattle!
