Dangerous, bad stay and awful landlord

I stayed here for 4 days after i paid for a month, the building was shot at and it was an unsafe area in every way possible. The landlord was rude and didn't respond to phone calls, the water heater broke and the keys didn't work. He refused to refund me after we had to relocate because of how dangerous the area is. And i think he is after my security deposit and won't return it too. My contract is still valid and he has listed it for rent even though the period i rented for isn't done yet. Beware, Don't rent
