Could Not Have Had a Better Experience

Bob was fantastic. First, the place is great. It is comfortable and homey. It is furnished with everything you need and it is not old rundown things. Then Bob works to make sure everything is working properly and problems that pop up are corrected quickly. And he is very accommodating. We were staying there while looking for a house and he worked around our needs more than we had any right to expect. It was a pleasure to meet Bob, stay in his place, and experience his hospitality. We hope to stay in his beach property next summer with our daughter and her family. And it will be good to stay in touch with Bob.

Great place and host!

I had the pleasure of staying in this unit for a month, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The host was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. They took the time to walk me through the unit, point out where everything was, and make sure I had everything I needed for the duration of my stay. The unit itself was exactly what I needed. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and had all the essentials for a long-term stay. It made settling in easy, and I felt like everything was thoughtfully provided.

Wonderful Stay!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this condo in Newark! I was working at Christiana Care and it was extremely convenient. The location was perfect, close to the hospitals, shopping, the University, and just a short drive away from Wilmington. Bob was an amazing landlord, very attentive to any needs and very on top of ensuring everything was perfect. The condo was super comfortable and had everything we needed. I would recommend this rental for anyone staying in the area and would definitely stay here again if I ever come back!

Great Stay at Location, Location, Location

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay in this 2B2B apartment. Landlord was very friendly and responsive. He responded quickly and was very knowledgeable about the apartment and the area. Easy commute to the 2 hospitals we were working at, Christiana and Nemour's Children's in Delaware. Very safe community/neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to a friend.
