House is beautiful and unique architectural masterpiece that is set in a beautiful landscape with a creek behind the house.

Sitting in Glenshire which is close to everything but also gets less snow than the rest of Truckee. You will be closer to the airport and less than 6 miles away from Northstar Ski Resort.
Our street has priority for the city snowplow due to the school bus needs to travel our street in winter....

House was featured in architectural digest magazine . It was a trend setter for passive solar technology.
House is a 4 bedroom but this rental time we are restricting renters to the main floor only which is a lovely 1 bedroom house with large living room , kitchen and dining area. 2 renters maximum. Rest of house is unoccupied but not part of your rental.
