Beautiful, Quiet Space That Felt Instantly Like Home

I had a wonderful stay in this furnished rental. The space was beautiful and worked perfectly for both me and my cats. It was very comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and well stocked with everything I needed for a longer stay. The location was ideal—situated in a very quiet neighborhood while still being conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and other essentials. Communication with the owners/property management was also seamless. They were so easy to work with, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared furnished stay.

City Perch

I had such a pleasant stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking to explore RiNo and City Park, while also having access to the rest of the city due to the proximity train station. It was also great for me on bike as you're close the Platte, which connects to many other bikeways to Golden, Boulder, and plenty in between. The setup of the house is perfect and the natural light the ceiling window provides is awesome. Lafayette has plenty of free street parking with only one day of the month ticketed for street sweeping. Overall I really enjoyed time here.
