The upstairs sleeping loft has two twin beds, a closet and TV. The down stairs bedroom has a queen size bed and is on the same short hall to the bathroom. House has handicap access with no steps to access first floor and wide halls and bathroom with shower. I pay all utilities, summer landscape and winter plowing.
