Scarey place

I booked this place and drove by a few weeks prior to move in( was in another apartment previously in Iowa) when I got there, there is a homeless tent camp leading into this trailer park, the outside of the trailer was in bad condition with almost no parking. When I tried to get my deposit back to find another place because I told the woman it didn't seem like a safe place, she only gave half back. As a traveling healthcare worker, this is not the sort of place to be renting to people

Horrible

Worst experience of my life there was a lot of cockroaches. An ant infestation, plumbing issues, if you rent they definitely won't give back your deposit make up excuses saying they had to call the plumber and the exterminator so took it out of our deposit. It should have been taken care of before we moved into this place. Got an eviction notice wasn't supposed to rent it out without filling out an application for the trailer park. Tried renting it out in air bnb to some lady when we were supposed to be out of town that weekend. Was a nightmare trying to get an old of her to fix stuff. Internet barely worked. Not a lot of cooking equipment the vent covers on the floor are a trip hazard. The washer came up through the shower drain.
