Fully Equipped!
This house is great! It's a full home in a quiet, safe, residential area. (I hadn't looked at this location originally, but after arriving to Redding to a different property that was a total disaster, I was SO happy to find a safe haven of comfort, and quality at "Grandma's house". I found it an easy drive to both hospitals, and pretty much anything in town. Diane, Rich, and Delores have become close friends of mine, after I rented a different property from D&R in the past. They are the BEST hosts who put so much thought and care into running their rental business. This house is FULLY equipped from literally anything you could want for cooking in a kitchen, to garage parking, outdoor patio, and full size laundry. The bathroom is clean with great quality features, the bedroom has closet and dressers already. Know that this rental will not have you guessing about quality, or any type of "host drama". It is a gem!

Loved this place
This house is filled with everything you would need for a short or a long stay. I found the new bed so comfortable and with many sheet choices I always slept well in this quiet neighborhood. I love to cook and the kitchen is well stocked. The shower was awesome, sort of spa like in size and quality. Very cozy house. It is an easy and quick commute to hospitals. I really enjoyed staying here. Would highly recommend this house. Diane was always available. I didn't need anything but she was kind and easy to work with. Rich always kept the yard well groomed and I enjoyed the backyard space a lot. Again, highly recommend.

lovely place to stay
I would recommend this cozy home to any travelers in the area. Diane is a lovely and accommodating host, she started me off with everything I needed and went out of her way to check in on me. Even after ending my stay, she hand delivered packages I mistakenly left behind to my home hours away on her way to Southern California. As for the house is very quaint and quiet as well as the neighborhood. Everything works well and amenities like w&d/nice tv/comfy bed are very available. The location is convenient. Overall, no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend you stay here if you want to feel at home away from home. Best decision I made.
