hard to leave!
This place is so great a cozy! As a dingo person struggling to find somewhere affordable to live independently this place was a dream! My initial review was not accepted because it was too many characters. Felt very safe, happy and comfortable here. Its the best you can get without breaking the bank living solo, having privacy and a comfortable lifestyle. Landlord is extremely kind and accommodating.

Wonderful Stay
My son and I were their first tenants. Kristin and Matt were extremely nice and accommodating hosts that made us feel like family. The room was way nicer than expected and stocked with all kinds of beverages and snacks that we were not expecting. There were also several other amenities they offered on the property as well. This will definitely be our first choice if we need a future stay in the area.
