Solmod - Modern Desert Living Studio Home w/ Yard

Great stay in Tucson

We stayed in a SolMod casita for 5 weeks and really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had all the basics that we needed, great internet and AC, and a private backyard which we enjoyed taking our morning coffee in. We did not have a car, and were able to get around well by bicycle. Jessica got back to us quickly whenever we had a question.

Modern and comfortable

Jessica was very nice and responsive. I stayed with my wife and while we were concerned about having our own space in a studio, it was so large that this was not an issue. We would be happy to stay there again any time we are in the area.

Incredible!

Beautiful new units with safe, secure parking area just 1/2 a mile to Rillito river path. Great bike & coffee shop, brewery, and pizza shop right across the street. Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 months staying here exploring all that Tucson has to offer mainly by biking from the front door. Jessica and Dan are the best hosts you could possibly want, offering privacy while also ensuring that your needs are met and just a text away if you need any assistance at all. You can tell that the design of the units was carefully planned out to every last detail and no corners were cut to save cost. There is security cameras all over the property and the finishes are all high end. The layout of the units is fantastic some of my favorite features were the work from home area, rotating TV, barn door, and minisplit system. I have stayed in a lot of furnish finder properties all across the US and this one has been my favorite yet. I hope to stay again next winter! Thank you so much Jessica and Dan.
