So grateful to have called this place home!
I really enjoyed staying at Ian’s home and had a wonderful experience. The house is very beautiful, clean, and modern. I am very picky about where I stay but Ian’s place was perfect. The room is spacious, beautifully furnished, and offers plenty of storage and closet space. The home is also beautifully furnished and thoughtfully decorated/designed. It is very peaceful and I always felt comfortable and safe. I always looked forward to coming home at the end of the day. And Ian is awesome! An excellent host - very kind, courteous, respectful, and I always enjoyed our conversations. I cannot say enough good things about this stay and would absolutely love to stay here again.

I spent around 5 months at Ian's home and I cannot recommend it enough. The house has everything you could need, from kitchen appliances, backyard space & easy access to the freeway and grocery stores. The house is very homey, clean & spacious & quickly felt like home away from home. Ian is the best! He is very kind & respectful. He went above & beyond to make sure I had everything I needed & was more than happy to help out with my dog when needed. I enjoyed my stay here & would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay!
A lovely, modern place with up-to-date amenities. Access to all the streaming services. Plenty of space for my dog and I. Also super close to a Trader Joe's, Albertson's and several dog parks. I worked at Kaiser; for the night shift it only took me 15 min to SDMC and 10 to Zion. It does take around an hour+ to San Marcos though. The neighborhood feels safe. I've walked my dog late at night and never felt worried about my safety. All the neighbors I've met while out have been super friendly. Packages delivered are safe at the front door. Ian is a wonderful landlord, super chill and friendly. Respects your space but is there if you want to chat. Has amazing recommendations for everything. Very understanding and open to my needs. Anything in the kitchen is open for your use. Promptly answers any questions and issues, in person or via text. I highly recommend this place for your San Diego stay!
