Great three-story townhome with beautiful rooftop deck and city views. Townhome is located in a small community of 15 units with quiet and respectful neighbors. My unit faces Park Ave which can be busy and full of city sounds. The guest room faces the courtyard of the complex buffering much of the street noise, but if you're a light sleeper, ear plugs could help drown out any extra ambient noise:)
