Lovely, large house with full yard

We stayed in Stephanie's house for 3 months while we were relocating to the area and searching for a home to buy. This place was a breath of fresh air, and a comfortable place to call home for a short time. The property is close to downtown (5 minute drive), and it's a safe, great neighborhood for walking. We have a dog, and we would walk her through the neighborhood day or night with no worries. It's safe and friendly. And the house and neighborhood are quiet. There is some traffic noise from the freeway, but the house insulates it really well. The house is lovely and quirky. Full kitchen and dining room, great sitting room on the main floor. Entertainment room downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs. The beds are comfortable, and entertainment room is great and also comfortable. Each room has capacity for heating and cooling. Stephanie was a great landlord and was available when we had issues or questions. We loved our stay there, and recommend the house fully.
