5 star stay

Ive been renting this basement suite from Amy since April and its been wonderful. The suite is comfortable and had everything I needed in place. Initial move-in was seamless (like going to a hotel) and I have had zero problems/issues/complaints with the space or utilities over my ~6 month stay(!) The furnishings are comfortable and varied. The workspace is great and has been indispensable. The kitchen had everything I needed. Neighborhood is very niceBethesda is great and the home is close to transit and grocery. There are parks and walking and bike trails right around the corner. Beyond that, Amy is the perfect host! Shes helpful, responsive, and courteous regarding privacy. She's also generally wonderful to interact with and be around. Id recommend the space to anyone searching for an easy, comfortable experience with a 5-star host. Thanks for having me, Amy!

Nice spot, was the very first tenant

Stayed at this place for 3 months. Found it to be the nearest to my workplace that time & as it turns out, I would be Amy's first tenant. She's a very accommodating host, she'll make sure you have everything you need & if not she'll provide. This basement space is adequate enough, she's got the basic amenities in place. Albeit, it doesn't have a proper kitchen with a stovetop, just a kitchenette equipped it with an air fryer, toaster, microwave, water heater & a fridge. Over all, I had a wonderful time at Amy's place. It sits in a safe & quiet neighborhood, yet near everything in Bethesda, with Rockville Pike right at the end of their street.
