This is my first year of snowbirding in the Phoenix area. I feel extremely fortunate to have found this place. Jeff and his wife Val have been amazing hosts. The casita has everything a person needs. It is well equipped with a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. Its decorated with class and very cozy. The Casita is a separate living quarters in the back yard of a beautiful old school neighborhood. Access to the casita is easy and parking on the street has not been a problem. If you are interested in a safe, secure, and cozy rental for your stay, look no further. All utilities including high speed internet access are included. I couldnt ask for a better situation. I have been here for 2 months and have one month left on my lease. I cant wait to come back next year.

Hi there! I'm Jeff and I'm married to my wife, Val. We have two sweet labradoodles we live with and we LOVE living in the famous Willo neighborhood. We love to travel, eat great food, and learn about the world. We are very friendly people and look forward to having a wonderful renter rent our stunning casita!
