Encanto Casita

This is my first year of snowbirding in the Phoenix area. I feel extremely fortunate to have found this place. Jeff and his wife Val have been amazing hosts. The casita has everything a person needs. It is well equipped with a full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. Its decorated with class and very cozy. The Casita is a separate living quarters in the back yard of a beautiful old school neighborhood. Access to the casita is easy and parking on the street has not been a problem. If you are interested in a safe, secure, and cozy rental for your stay, look no further. All utilities including high speed internet access are included. I couldnt ask for a better situation. I have been here for 2 months and have one month left on my lease. I cant wait to come back next year.
