Clean and New

This is an ideal place to stay as a traveler. In my 6 months stay, I felt very comfortable and safe in this clean house. All roommates were very respectable and rarely seen. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe with driveway parking. There is no TV in the back bedroom but the living room TV can be used for streaming and was rarely used by roommates. The furniture in the room is new and in great shape. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances you may need for cooking since Eva cooks a lot (and always smells delicious). Very quiet house during the day which was important for my night shift schedule. Washer and dryer available on the same floor and location is convenient to grocery stores, Planet Fitness, and the highway. Front and back door and bedrooms all have electronic keypads to ensure safety and privacy. I would highly recommend staying here and would return if ever back in the area. Thanks Ian and Eva for making my stay here feel like a home away from home.

Amazing place

Ians place is very clean, quiet, modern, and welcoming. I felt very at home even during just a (3) month stay. Its in a safe and quiet neighborhood close to many different restaurants and shopping options. Ian himself is a great landlord and even better person. I would rent room him again in a heart beat and highly encourage others too as well.
