Cute 1.5B1BA Cap Hill Condo

Perfect home base

My husband, dog, and I loved staying here. We came to Seattle trying to get to know the city better and fell in love with central district. Super lime-able to downtown and Capitol Hill, and close to so much good Asian food. The apartment itself also was packed with everything we needed for a month long stay including spices, a sick projector TV set up, and a lot of closet space. It was also easy to get in contact with Mark throughout our stay and he was very communicative. Would highly recommend staying here!

Cozy, Convenient & Centrally Located

My partner and I stayed here for two months and had a really great experience. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. The location was a huge plus, as there was easy access to streetcars and other public transit, making it simple to get downtown and explore Seattle without needing a car. We also loved having so many good restaurants nearby. There were plenty of options within walking distance, which made it easy to grab a quick meal or try something new. Mark was a fantastic host; friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our stay. He genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly and that we had what we needed. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient home base in Seattle.

Couldn't have asked for a better Seattle apartment. It was walking distance to my hospital and was in a perfect location to get around the city. The apartment itself has about everything you could need and has so much personality. Mark was also one of the best landlords we have had while travel nursing!

Perfect condo to stay at

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week and it was the perfect place to be. So close to the city, pike place market, the space needle, lots of parks nearby We enjoy walking in the morning and it was pretty no matter which way we went. Also a good variety of restaurants near by. We cooked at home a couple times and had everything we needed. I was impressed how easy everything was to find. Plenty of closet space and extra storage.
