Cute and cozy 2 bedroom house. Amazing backyard with a patio, grill, and a strawberry plane that had a ton of strawberries. Very quiet, clean and safe area with lots of shops, restaurants and grocery store close by. UK hospital is close and easy to get to. Landlord was always available to answer questions.

Perfectly sized 2bedroom home. Had all your needs, cozy, quiet, neat and beautiful backyard on a safe suburban street. Close to shops, interstate, grocery and UK and surrounding hospitals. Landlords were very attentive and quick to answer and accommodate any needs. Definitely would rent again if the opportunity arose for work in the area.
