Perfect size, location, and friendly, safe neighborhood

I rented the upstairs apartment for 6 months, sight unseen. It exceeded my expectations! The living spaces were large and nicely decorated and furnished including the very comfortable bed. Lots of storage, too! I loved the location - within walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, town activities, etc. It was also a short distance from the major highway. The landlord was highly attentive and very nice. I will happily rent with him again if the opportunity arises.

Clean, Quiet, Close to Mid Coast Hospital

Clean apartment. House is split into multiple apartments (4 I believe). This one is on the first floor and looks just as pictured (they swapped the couch while I was there so there is a different one-a pullout sleeper!!). This apartment is in a very convenient spot to walk 3 blocks into downtown Brunswick or a quick 10 minute drive to MCH. It's a very quiet safe location, and I did not have to worry about excess noise while sleeping for my night shifts. Josh is quick to respond and fix anything needed. Bed was a bit firm but I got used to it after a few sleeps. Overall would stay here again.
