PERFECT safe, calm, quiet spot

Loved the fully furnished rooms and kitchen! As advertised, this is a safe, calm, quet spot. Everyone who lives here is well vetted by the landlord, who ensures to only get people who respect the quiet hours and each others space. I had no problems with the other people who lived here, and the house is very clean and well maintained. I could not recommend this more.

Would rent from Mr.Charles again

The property is very nice and cozy. I stayed in the big bedroom upstairs and I love that there was plenty of room in the cupboard and fridge and freezer. The basement was very cozy as well to relax and nap. I occasionally found myself at peace living around the property with the other tenants too. We all did our own thing which isn't a bad thing at all. Students going out to study and traveling healthcare workers like myself spent plenty of time in and out of the house so there was plenty of downtime and time. Overall, Mr. Charles is one of the very few landlords in Philly who really take care of his tenants and make sure everything is running smoothly around the house. I definitely will rent out from him again, regardless of my transit in Philly.

Mr Charles is a wonderful host

Nice place to stay. Mr Charles goes above and beyond to help you. He answers your texts or calls promptly with any questions or concerns. He updates you when he's coming for cleaning, he makes sure you're comfortable during my stay. It was my first time in Philadelphia from Lake Worth, FL. Overall, I enjoyed the stay, I felt at home. I would return to that place; I also recommend booking with Mr Charles.
