Worst Furnished Finder Stay

So many issues I don't even know where to begin. Nor will I be able to put every annoyance in a 1000 character limit review, just avoid this property and save the hassle. Let's start off how this property is NOT in a safe area of Charlotte. Coworkers I worked with worried for me when I mentioned the area I was living in. The property is listed as a gated community. AWFUL AC/Heat sources, you have one in the living room and one in one of the two bedrooms. Along with a roll around mini AC that is too bulky to put anywhere in 800 sq ft... Kitchen and other bedrooms are constantly stuffy/cold. This was especially a problem during the snowstorm Charlotte had when temps were in the single digits. Upon my move out, I had an extremely difficult time getting the landlord to get back to me about the return of the security deposit. Even the phone number she provided for me to text her when I first moved in was ignoring my calls!

Great place .. in a perfect location in the charlotte area.. minutes from uptown and just off the interstate.. I highly recommend .. the host is very helpful and understanding with any issues you have
