This area has friendly quiet neighbors.
Elementary school is nearby so some school noise and traffic during the day.
Walking at night feels very safe, and Ive had no crime issues.

Super nice landlord and a great space!
I had the pleasure of staying with Alicia and her dog Jaymo for 3 months. Alicia was amazing; super kind, gracious, respectful, and a great landlord and roommate. Her dog Jaymo is very well-behaved and sweet. The apartment itself is great, you get your own bathroom and the bed is super comfortable! I'd highly recommend renting with Alicia!
