Great little house

Older house in quiet area. 24 hr McDonalds at the end of the block [it was a hit with my teenage kids] The house has everything you need, Great heating/cooling system, controlled by tenant. W/D in basement, tenant use only. BR in front of bathroom is frigid in t winter &very warm in summer. We got a small heater & a fan, problem solved. Cute atrium, we didn't really use it as it's cold in winter n very hot in summer. Great for deliveries!! I love parking my car right it front of back door leading into kitchen! Big plus for me! Owner is super!! Communicating with her is easy, quick response time. She's not in your face, but if you need her, she's there in a jiffy! Respectful of your space and time. If you don't mind not staying in a new home, this lhouse is a Gem with a Gem of an owner! Highly recommend!!
