Berenice was very accommodating, easy to work with, and quick to respond with any questions I had during my time at this property. The house was cozy and in a great location. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to be near Charlotte!

Simply wonderful!!
I cannot say enough good things about Berenice and her property!! Myself, my husband and our 2 small dogs stayed here for 4 months in 2025. We were selling our home in FL to fully relocate to NC. We knew we would not be settling in Charlotte. So this was perfect!! Berenice and her handyman were attentive to any concern we had. The property was wonderfully furnished with everything we needed for a short term rental. The area was close enough to CLT to provide all the amenities we needed. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone relocating that does not need a 12 month or longer lease.
