Very Nice Stay

I stayed here longer than originally expected - and Nadia was extremely accommodating with move-out timing. Nadia was also extremely responsive to any questions or issues - and she even came over to let me in at 5:30AM when I locked myself out one morning. This home is cozy and welcoming, and includes everything you need for a short- or long-term stay (except a dishwasher, which would be a great addition). There is a laundry room with washer and dryer in a separate "room" accessible via sidewalk from the back door, which is dedicated to this unit but not shown in the pics. The bed is super-comfortable; the extra large walk-in closet is helpful for storage for a longer-term stay. The kitchen includes all of the necessities, and includes plenty of cooking equipment that is new and easy to use. I cannot say enough nice things about Nadia and how helpful she was. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with easy access to lots of shopping and food.

Pleasant stay

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautifully furnished apartment for two months, and it truly felt like home away from home. Nestled in a serene, forest-like setting, the surroundings offer peace, greenery, and a refreshing escape from the noise and traffic of the city. The property itself is spotless, fully equipped, and tastefully furnished. The backyard and garden are especially lovely - well-maintained and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The family living in the main house are very kind and helpful. A special mention goes to Nadia, the best landlord I have ever met. She is warm, incredibly responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure guests feel comfortable and cared for. Her proactive approach and attention to detail made my stay not just easy, but truly memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, welcoming, and hassle-free extended stay. I will definitely be returning next time I am in town.

Would Rent Again

My husband and I loved living in this property for a semester. They provide all needed appliances, and everything was great quality (besides the broom/dust pan). The property also includes two parking spots, a porch-like seating area, a detached laundry room, and access to the beautiful backyard. The biggest downside to this property is that even when you leave instruction notes for deliveries, most things get delivered to the front door of the main property (this property is the back-most property of 3 units). However, the family living in the main house immediately brought over our deliveries, even when it was entire grocery orders! They are so kind and made us feel at home. The neighborhood is great but it's hard to walk/run in it (no sidewalks, some dogs), but there's a walking park just a 2min drive away. Nadia is a super responsive landlord--she responded almost immediately to any issues and had them fixed same day whenever possible.
