Feels like home

Aline is very easygoing and was a great host. Great place to stay with everything you need. Large space in the room, closet, and bathroom. Kitchen was easily accessible and had everything you need. Garage was a life saver. 2 very sweet cats.

Lovely Space

I stayed at this property during the Spring of 2025, and Aline has been an awesome landlord. The property is very well kept and is near many grocery stores, parks, and shops. The unit is nice, quiet, and spacious (large room with desk, walk in closet, bathroom). The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need. Aline has two cats, and one is very social/affectionate and the other is shy (she has pet fences to prevent them from entering your unit downstairs if desired). I would stay here again given the chance.

Great Stay

I stayed with Aline for a short time in December of 2024, she has a very nice bedroom for rent the location is a brand new build with new facilities. The bed is amazing and for your own comfort there is a nice TV in the Room. She has cats only met one of them who was very friendly, the other one I never got to see she hides out ha. But overall great place to stay plenty of space in the kitchen for your food and all the necessary things to cook what you need. She also opens up the Garage if you have a vehicle to park which is a huge plus! Aline is a very nice person and I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Terrible host

if you don't mind staying somewhere where you are made uncomfortable. This is perfect. timed 10 minute light turns off during showers, no laundry after 3 regardless of situation, no cooking with onions or garlic, unreasonable $100 charge for leaving the light on 1 day, harassing messages during work,. I've traveled for 4 years and never experienced such a dishonest only looking to. apatalize on rent with unreasonable living expectations. Run

I never had issues with my tenants before Bryan Stout came along. Before he committed to the lease, we went over all the house rules and he visited the property to see the layout of my house and yet he couldnt follow the basic guidelines to maintain the space clean and sanitary as if it was my job to clean after him. Bryan would leave food in the fridge and cabinets until they spoiled completely. He has issues with attention, I once got home to a frying pan left on open flame completely unattended for an extended time while he was in his room watching tv. I felt completely unsafe with him in my space. He would leave the house with the lights on when he agreed to turn them off. He would drive away and keep the garage door completely open and the door unlocked. He has trouble following information and is not organized.

10/10 experience!

As a traveling healthcare worker, I was looking for a clean and safe place to stay that was close to the hospital and this is exactly that. Aline is an amazing landlord! Very kind and considerate. Being on the lower level you get plenty of privacy and quiet. A place to park in the garage. The bathroom and closet are both very spacious! There is also a community pool you have access to. I would recommend this place to anyone, and if I'm ever back I will definitely be giving Aline a call to rebook.
