Basement bedroom with separate entrance. Kitchen, laundry and living room are shared with owner of the property. There is plenty of driveway parking

Currently 3 people living in the house all in separate rooms. It is the owner, his brother and another 22 year old male that has lived with us for two years.

Owner is a 26 year old guy running a landscaping company. Likes to keep things clean and organized.
