Fantastic 6-Month Stay in the Heart of Portland

I stayed at Avi’s place for six months and had a fantastic experience. If you want to live in the heart of downtown Portland while owning a car, this listing is an excellent choice. The included underground garage parking made daily driving completely hassle-free — no rain, no security concerns, and no searching for parking. The unit is well equipped for long stays. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked (coffee maker, blender, kettle, rice cooker, and cookware). The semi-enclosed bedroom layout is standard for the building and was comfortable in practice. The building itself is secure, and the concierge staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Avi is an outstanding landlord — responsive, thoughtful, and clearly experienced with hosting traveling professionals. As a soccer fan, I loved being steps away from soccer games. While there are road closures on game days, the unit does not face the stadium, and indoor noise was never an issue. Highly recommended.
