Great Mid Term Housing

We stayed here while our house was being built and it fit our needs perfectly. The apartment itself is very well designed. It had all the things needed for cooking, laundry, and good internet. It is also in a great location with easy access to travel in all locations. Patricia and Nick are good landlords. They gave us our privacy but were very pleasant to interact with. We highly recommend this property

I have had the pleasure of living here for last 18 months (03/2023-10/2024). I cannot say enough good things about Patricia and Nick or their lovely rental. To start the neighborhood is great. Its safe, quiet, the homes are well maintained, there is a community pool and gym, and plenty of places to take a walk. There is a good sized covered patio complete with patio furniture. The bedroom is spacious and it has an adjustable bed! The bathroom has the most storage and counter space Ive ever had. There are also two closets for all of your storage needs. Patricia and Nick are quiet and respectful of your privacy and space. They have the sweetest little pup too, in case you need a doggo fix. Fallbrook is a beautiful city with a small town feel. It is also a short drive to Temecula if you are in to wine tasting, Oceanside if you want to go to the beach, and downtown San Diego is about 45 minutes away. I have truly loved my time here and Im sad to leave such a great place and great landlords. Anyone would be lucky to live here short term or longer. It felt like home not just a rental and I am so grateful for my time here. I have also met some really great people in Fallbrook and I know the best pet sitter if you are traveling with a pet!
