Amazing apartment in Belmont Shore

I had a great experience staying in Dana's unit in Long Beach. The location was one of the best parts! It was just one block from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy walks and beautiful sunsets whenever I wanted. It was two blocks from 2nd Street, so I had endless access to restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques. I loved being able to walk everywhere. The neighbourhood felt very safe and comfortable. The unit itself had everything I needed to settle in right away. I was the first person to stay in the newly renovated unit. Everything felt very fresh, clean, and thoughtfully done. It truly felt like home. I especially appreciated the little upgrades like the installed dishwasher. Dana was a fantastic landlord. Very responsive, helpful, and genuinely open to feedback whenever anything came up. Communication was easy and timely, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here and I hope to come back one day!

Great Stay In A Well-Appointed Unit

I found this two-bedroom apartment to be even better than the photos suggested, and its location is hard to beat, with a five-minute walk to the beach or 2nd street. The owner was highly responsive, and she genuinely seemed interested in ensuring I had a nice stay. However, I should note that the unit gets warm once the temperature outside gets above 80 degrees farenheight, even with all the windows and numerous ceiling fans going, which happened often since I was there during the summer. That being said, I would still highly recommend this place for others and will try to book it myself if I return to the area.

Great location, thoughtful landlord, exceeded all expectations

We rented this two bedroom apartment for a few months, and we are already looking forward to returning. The location is close to the beach, but also a short walk to restaurants and other businesses. The owner has thought of everything you could need and everything provided is in top condition. The whole apartment is well appointed and spacious. While there is a garage, we also had no trouble with street parking. The neighborhood is welcoming and fun but not noisy. When an issue came up, the owner was very responsive. We highly recommend this furnished rental.
