Amazing Stay!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this residence. I stayed here in Durham for 4 weeks during a visiting rotation at UNC. Bea is an incredible host, extremely hospitable and down to earth. She was very responsive when I submitted my request and I was able to secure my spot within a day. Bea is very thorough and made sure everything was in place for my arrival. She welcomed me into her home and I was very comfortable. The space is very clean, cozy, and organized, with everything I needed. A bathroom, stocked with toiletries, a kitchen with appliances, and a bedroom with a very comfortable bed! After first meeting her, she had asked if I was a coffee drinker, and no sooner than the next day a new coffee maker was present in the kitchen. This is just one example to show how she consistently looked for ways to improve the quality of my stay. Bea often kept in touch and checked in periodically, while giving me the space that I needed to feel comfortable. I highly recommend her property for anyone staying in this area. Thank you, Bea!
