Perfect place for a traveler
As a female travel healthcare worker living solo, this was the perfect spot to stay for 8 months. Nichole provided all the basics, especially in the kitchen. Theres plenty of space in the apartment, the downstairs neighbor is extremely sweet, neighbors are nice. Nichole was so accommodating and always addressed questions throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Cozy place
I rented this cozy place for 6 months while I worked my contract. It is close to everything you need. Nichole goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and all needs are met in this cute little apartment. I was so sad to leave but hoping I can rent again next time around. I'm so grateful to find this place and a great landlord.

1 Bedroom Upstairs
My travel friend and me rented it for Travel nurse contract. The place was great and clean and comfy. It's exactly how it's described. The oversize couch is fully comfortable to sleep on. The bedroom is large enough and has a comfy bed. The closet to bedroom is big enough for a queen blow up mattress. We split the space comfortable. There is a train nearby that you can hear at times. It's not super loud but loud enough that you can hear from house. We had white noise and tv and that settled it for us. The neighborhood is not upscale but the neighbors were nice and friendly and we had no issue parking along the street. We felt completely safe. It was convenient to water front area, to Chesapeake Hospital where we were working and to other areas. Nichole is amazing at responding and had no issues with communicating with issue we had. We had noticed the heater in apartment wasn't enough in bedroom and she brought over a bedroom heater the next day for our comfort. She is a great landlord and pleasant to rent from. Would rent space again.

My stay at the upstairs apartment was wonderful. My best friend and I were the first tenants in this upstairs apartment and we felt right at home. Nichole made sure we had all the amenities we needed for a good stay and it made being away from home for work all that much better. Even when there were a few small things that went wrong or we needed. Nichole fixed them right away. Nichole is an amazing landlord and I would rent from her again and again.

Comfortable
We had a Very comfortable stay. Thank you again to our wonderful host! She was very flexible with our extensions. The unit does have an alarm system! The back yard is a great size plus its fenced in! Only reason its not a 5 star we just had a couple of minor issues.
