HORRIBLE

Deva is unprofessional I told my move-out plans early on over FT, and reminded her bc my contract wasnt extended.She never mentioned that I needed to provide written notice under Hawaiilaw until the very last minute, so she charged me for an extra months rent ($3,000) When my contract was extended unexpectedly, I stayed on and made sure to give written notice. The AC unit started leaking-I reported it right away, as the lease instructs, but instead of fixing it, Deva blamed me and just showed me how to empty it ,something I was never told about and wasnt in the lease. she kept $800 of my $1,500 deposit claiming she needed to replace the floors, even though I have B&A videos showing the unit was left in same condition. Unknowingly, a fellow travel nurse rented the place after me & had unknown entries by Deva and was charged $3,000 deposit. The bedroom was consistently hot, despite having AC. This place is not worth the price, landlord= unprofessional. I do not recommend!HORRIBLE

Disappointing Experience Despite Great Location

Misleading listing (location, amenities), poor communication, and a cockroach issue made this stay stressful. The host was unresponsive at arrival, and pest control never showed despite multiple attempts. I asked to end my lease early, but the host refused. I ended up paying rent at two places just to get out of the unit and into a cleaner, more livable space. I wouldn't recommend this rental to other traveling professionals.
