I had a great experience staying at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It was fully furnished with everything I needed for an extended stay, and the location was convenient for work. Would recommend to any traveler looking for a nice place to stay!

Beautiful property

My name is Vanessa and I recently stayed at this property for 13 weeks during my contract at Tacoma General Hospital. The place was wonderful and nice. My two Boston terrier dogs and I stayed and we had a comfortable and super nice stay. Location is centrally located and private parking is right outside the front door. I felt safe and everything needed was supplied for my convenience. I told Monte that Id definitely stay again if Im ever back in Tacoma for travel contracts and I highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Ive been traveling for over 5 years and this place is definitely one of my favorites.

Monte's Place in Fern Hill

Hi Everyone! Sorry, I'm late with this review, but let me tell you about this wonderful place. I stayed there from 12/24- 3/25 for a work contract at one of the local hospitals. My dog and I had the pleasure of staying at Monte's place. I enjoyed my time here, and highly recommend staying here if you have a contract at any of the hospitals. It was clean (also had cleaning supplies when I arrived), convenient to the highway (work was less than 15 mins away) and shopping close by. I worked nights so blackout curtains was provided to allow me to sleep throughout the day. Parking was right outside my door and didn't have to go out to do laundry because there was a stackable washer/dryer combo in the apartment. Thanks again Monte for the beautiful apartment and the wonderful customer service you provided!
