Great location and landlord.

The landlord is great- very good communication, cares about the upkeep of the unit, and very fair with house policies. The house is on a main road, but has a central location and it makes for quick access to most places. I could walk through the back neighborhood for a park and walking trail access. It was a very easy stay.

Great Short-Term Stay

The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Bob was very responsive throughout the entire duration of my stay! I loved taking advantage of the nearby parks. (Guilford Courthouse National Military Park only 15 minutes away!)

Comfortable and close to down town

It's a cozy place close to downtown and hospitals. The owner was very responsive to questions/concerns.

Charming Stay Near Downtown!

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay at this adorable short term rental! The space was cozy, well decorated, and clearly very well taken care of. Its also in a perfect location. Super close to everything downtown, which made getting around so easy and convenient. The owner provided great local recommendations in a thoughtfully put together welcome book, which really added a special touch to the stay. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and the property. He was also incredibly responsive and accommodating, even working with us on the dates we needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Cute place and great landlord

Bobs place was perfect for my assignment. Hes a very responsive landlord and the house had every accommodation I could need. I enjoyed walking to the Corner farmers market on Saturdays.
