a gem in the heart of Seattle

Zach is an amazing landlordvery welcoming, professional, and easy to communicate with. Throughout my stay, he was always responsive and willing to help whenever something came up. He truly did his part to make the experience smooth and comfortable. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. While its not very large, its extremely cozy and thoughtfully designed. The unit is newly renovated with modern appliances, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything I needed, including utensils, pots and pans, dishes, and a drying rack. It worked perfectly for my mid-long term stay. The location is excellent, and the building feels very secure. There are many great restaurants and shops within walking distance, and its conveniently close to the Westlake Link Station. I stayed here for over 3 months and had a great experience overall.
