Great spot close to beach
This was a great spot to stay that is walking distance from the beach - a big plus! I'd gladly stay here again, especially as the home was recently renovated (all new wood floors, furniture, appliances, etc.). The host was also very kind & responsive.

Comfortable & recently updated home
This is a really nice, recently updated studio that's a shot distance from the beach & downtown Oceanside. I felt very safe in this peaceful & clean home & would recommend anyone to stay here.

Great location, communicative landlord, nice newly renovated home
I had a great experience staying here! The location can't be beat - walking distance to the beach. The landlord was very responsive & the home itself is quite nice as it was recently remodeled.

Clean, modern, close to beach & responsive landlord
Lisa was an excellent landlord & responded to any & all questions I had at all hours. The house itself is recently updated with nice new floors, brand new furniture, stainless steel appliances, laundry & everything I needed. Would stay here again!
