Very nice fully furnished little apartment
So I'm working up here in Kingman on the I-40 construction and needed a place to stay. This was the perfect option. When I first arrived I checked out the apartment and it literally has everything (and more) u could ever need. Literally all appliances u can imagine, on-site laundry, a nice comfy bed and fully furnished. Down to the silverware everything u need is there. U can basically just drop your bags and don't have to worry about anything the first week or 2 other than buying your food. Much better than any motel could ever be. I travel a lot for work and most of the time just end up in a motel, so this was a nice change. Especially not having to take my bags every weekend home. Will definitely try to get an apartment here again Spring 2026 when our winter shutdown on the project is over. Highly recommended.

Cute and cozy!
I enjoyed my stay and I know others will too! The owner was kind enough to leave a roll of quarters for the shared laundry. It saved me the trip to the bank. This apartment is in a safe family friendly neighborhood and only 10 minutes to amenities, like restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, Walmart and much more.
