My name is Tina and I stayed in this lovely home for almost 7 months, from mid November 2024 to early June 2025. I had everything I needed to make my stay awesome. The appliances are stainless steel, with a kitchen island to sit at for your meals, a cozy fireplace for warmth during the cooler nights, an AC unit in the bedroom to cool off the entire home on the hot days, a desk to work at when you need to renew your Certification or do online modules for your job. Theres a washer and dryer in the unit; as well as a dishwasher. The bed is super soft and comfy and the bedding is wonderful with 400 threadcount Egyptian cotton sheets, the couch is brand new, the walk in shower has a detachable shower head and theres plenty of room for storage; including an atic, if you need to use it. Outside of the unit you will find that there is a cute patio set and you'll have your own parking space too. I felt very safe and happy living in this unit. The house is right next to an Elementary school. The neighbors are friendly and they always said hello to me when I was walking my dog. You will not be disappointed staying here. Craig was very attentive to my needs and very prompt with returning texts/phone calls. He was super nice and easy to rent from. I paid the rent via Venmo; which made it easy for both of us.
