This apartment is clean, well maintained, and located in a nice neighborhood. I had a friend stay with me on the weekends and she was happy with the accommodations. Perhaps most importantly Lyn the landlord is a wonderful person and responded to your concerns immediately. Chad

Great stay
I needed something quickly as my company moves me around often and Lin accommodated me quickly. Nice neighborhood, close to the essentials. The only downside was that other tenants could be noisy at times, but it was tolerable. 4/5 would recommend and stay again

Very Clean and Quiet
... This was a very clean and very quiet second floor apartment with plenty of parking and plenty of privacy... The owner was extremely accommodating and was able to come meet me within 45 minutes notice and rent to me immediately late on a Friday night when my first lease contract fell through due to unlivable conditions...Lin answered back almost immediately when I reached out to her... I highly recommend staying here in this second floor apartment with a cool breeze blowing through all the open windows at night and the sound of crickets while you sleep.
