Cozy Apartment in Worcester - Gem!

We had a very comfortable stay in this hidden gem! Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are also friendly. Inder (landlord) was very timely in communications and fixing things through the harsh winter! Even with the snow removal, we didn’t have to worry at all. All the furniture, amenities provided were sufficient and went above and beyond our expectations. Definitely recommend

Cute cozy apartment and amazing landlords

I was in this apartment for 3 months while in town for work and I absolutely loved my time here. The apartment was clean when I first moved in and had almost everything I needed. If there was anything else I needed they responded and got it for me immediately. They have been super accommodating and an amazing landlord to have dealt with! I would 100% stay here again or at any of their properties if I came back again and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking!

I feel so lucky to have found this rental. As a nurse traveler, safety and convenience are top priorities for me, and this 2 bed, 1 bath apartment checked every box. The place was modern, spotless and exactly as pictured. The landlord was incredibly communicative and made everything seamless. I loved the huge grass park right in front - perfect for relaxing walks after long shifts. The neighborhood felt very safe, and being close to the hospital was a huge plus. Off-street parking was the cherry on top. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area!

The apartment had some positives: updated appliances and nice furnishings, reliable heating during subzero temps, and prompt snow removal.The landlord was helpful with accommodating our needed move in date for the contract. However, there were several issues that impacted our stay. The unit was not properly cleaned when we arrivedcarpet hadnt been vacuumed and the shower curtain was moldy. Security was a concern: the property was left unlocked with keys inside on both arrival and departure, which felt unsafe given we heard gunshots at night and saw nearby evictions with police presence. The surrounding area was very dirty with trash blowing around, and constant street noise made rest difficultespecially important during 12-hour work shifts. We know these things are hard for the landlord to control but they did impact our feelings of safety and comfort during our stay.

My fianc, son, and I needed a temporary place to stay while our house is being renovated, and we hit the jackpot with this rental. The apartment is newly renovated and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, with a lovely park right across the street, making it ideal for our family and two dogs! Inder and his wife Danielle have been incredibly friendly and accommodating, addressing all our needs with a smile. Ill be sad to leave this wonderful place! Great accommodations and even better management! Highly recommend!
