Charming Casita - Comfort, Convenience & Security

Great Stay!

We stayed at the main for three months and had a great experience. The location is truly central, making everything a relatively quick drive. We also love walking to Ranchos Carniceria and biking to the Hop Shop! The landlord Kerry was outstanding. Responsive, helpful, and genuinely easy to work with throughout our entire stay. The property itself is lovely. The backyard was a highlight, we made frequent use of the hot tub and loved spending time out there. The front yard is equally lovely and added to the overall charm of the home. As two remote employees, the dual office setup was a game-changer. The kitchen was also very well stocked, which was very helpful! Overall a wonderful experience!

Cozy Home

My husband and I stayed in the main house for 3 months and really enjoyed our stay! My husband works from home and was happy to have an office with a standing desk again. Kerry was an amazing landlord; had great communication and was always available. Would recommend staying here and we hope to be back!

Casita LOVED IT

I stayed in the back casita for almost about 6-7 months. I loved the location, as it was only 10 mins away from everything. Loved the view of the mountains. Kerry was also such a great landlord, very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

I want to first say we got to be Kerry's first renters. Kerry and her husband are wonderful. If we needed something they made sure they got it to us quickly. If something broke or needed repairs they made it a priority. After we moved out we got to meet them when they came to town. I rode my bike to Banner hospital everyday. It was an easy commute about 2 miles. If you drive it's a couple turns away. Traffic isn't bad for this location. They have a very nice backyard with a hot tub for you to use. You won't be disappointed with this rental. We highly recommend Kerry's home for your stay in Tucson.
