This is a lovely and inviting home with a big kitchen and dining area. Beautiful hardwood floors, tiled bathroom, farmhouse sink, and peaceful front porch for enjoying the Blue ridge mountain view. For stays longer than 30 days, landlord will coordinate regular cleaning service.
A 15-20 minute drive (approx 8 miles) to downtown Asheville. You'll feel secluded from all the hustle and bustle in this lovely neighborhood. Mountain Views from the front, side, and back yard. 3 miles to Warren Wilson College, easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and VA Hospital.

We never want to leave, but life is taking my husband and I back to Texas for now. The landlords are the kindest people and quick to address and fix issues around the house. The neighborhood is quaint, quiet, and the neighbors all around are the sweetest people. The house itself is cozy and warm. We are sad to leave, but hoping that some day we return to this neighborhood specifically. If you're lucky enough to stay here then jump at the opportunity.
