BEAUTIFUL HOUSE, the house felt very homie. And the Landlord made the process even smoother. I was there a little over 6 months & I personally didnt want to leave. 1000/10. If youre a traveler definitely recommend. Or if youre in the area and want an escape from home. MAKE sure you feed smokie the horse( he would definitely protect you)

Let me tell you about this little gem in Kannapolis! Location! Location! Location! 10 Minute walk to Atrium Health Ballpark, take in a Cannon Ballers baseball game. 10 minute walk to all downtown shops, restaurants and drinking holes. Not to mention a 2 minute walk to Loop the Loop walking trails and two city parks. The bunkhouse is exactly like it is pictured, neat, clean and cozy. Perfect for single adult traveling for work. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, not much traffic on the streets. The owners are very thoughtful and caring, they want you to have a great experience while staying. Couldn't be more pleased! I would give it ten stars if possible! PS, Smokey is the horse that lives in the barn next to the bunkhouse, if you book a stay be sure and give him a granny smith apple. He loves them. KH
