I enjoyed my time here! Location is literally in the backyard of Churchill during Derby week. Owner was easy going and accessible. Quick to respond to my issues! I had my own parking spot, code to the door, keys, and readily available washer/dryer. The appliances on site were practically brand new with a cozy space. Enough for me to live in and I asked about decorating to make it homier.

The location is pretty decent depending on what you're looking for. A car is needed as Louisville's public transit isn't as fast/convenient. Lots of good food nearby and right next to Churchill during Derby season! I had my own parking nearby, unit was clean, wi-fi was decently fast. You access the unit with an electronic keypad and appliances are brand new. Owner responds quick and has other point of contacts if you need them!
