Better options
The pictures show a nice property but there are many things that make this place not great to stay at. This unit is the upper unit so it gets very hot in the summer and the AC doesnt work very well. Landlord asks to not touch the thermostat even though it got up to 79 degrees inside the house. Youll find that the landlord also doesnt respect boundaries. She will call and text at any time of her convenience. Often as soon as you step outside she will call bc she saw on the camera and needs something done. This place would be better if the landlord wasnt trying to be controlling of every aspect. Theres so many examples I could say but im out of space.
