Best of the Best!

This beautifully appointed loft apartment was everything one could wish for in a stay away from home. Spectacular views of Great Bay, wildlife galore, lots of light in every space...sunsets to write about...2 sofas to relax on while watching a large smart tv or just taking a nap on. The bed invites sleep so sound you want to stay in it when you awake. Furnished kitchen and bath with modern boutique loveliness...you will not want to leave this place. I didn't, after a 3 month transition stay. Hostess Kate is responsible for making your stay a pure joy. Personable and helpful in making you feel at home. You will love the personally chosen decor. Privacy if you want, lots of spirited conversation if that is your thing. Wished I could have stayed longer. Thanks Kate!

Elevate Your Stay!!!

Kate's place is absolutely magnificent. I paid for the views and boy was it a great investment! Breathtaking sunsets over the bay viewed through large windows that allow you to enjoy every season, particularly the cold months when looking outside is about as much as can be handled. The apartment was professionally and thoroughly cleaned, bright and airy. Very comfortable, well heated in the winter months, and the bed was one of the most supportive I've ever slept in. Kate is a joy, so very accommodating and friendly, and you can tell she's a nurse because her caretaking abilities are clearly shown in how well the space is maintained. I highly recommend Kate's place to be your next home away from home!!!
