Safe Haven near everything

I rented here for six months and it was a refuge while my condo was being repaired due to a fire/flood in the building. Although the space is small, there is ample closet space and a good sized dresser. I brought a large trunk sized suitcase and used Ikea bags for overflow storage under the bed. Washer/Dryer very convenient across the hall and much more affordable than a laundromat. Easy walk to restaurants, and even a small Lidls for the basics. A few blocks walk gets you to the Crystal City Metro and easy access to National. My little dog was so comfortable here and lots of places to walk the dog and met alot of dog owners as well. The only concern is the lack of temperature control in the unit. Be prepared for warm heat in winter and chilly temps in the summer. I just opened windows if warm and ran a heater and wore layers in the summer. Overall, a good bet for the price and convenience.
