New Guest House On DeRenne Ave Close To Downtown and Hospitals

Stayed here for 4 months and it was very cute and conveniently located. Everything was within minutes the mall, restaurants, and grocery stores were all close by. Its directly across the street from a high school and in a very safe area. The only downsides were that the bed could have been better quality, and the washer/dryer was located outside of the home. The property manager was very sweet and always responded immediately, which made the stay even better.
