My arrival to NY from the west coast one year ago was eased when meeting Paula and Winston! They both are truly awesome hosts. Winston goes above and beyond to ensure your safety and comfort. One of the standout features is the dedicated personal parking spot. Having a reserved space right outside the entry added a level of convenience. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Everything felt well-maintained, and it was easy to settle in quickly, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. I highly recommend to stay at this property.

Loved this property. Paula and Winston are excellent hosts. They are very attentive and always made sure there was nothing I needed. Theor place is very welcoming and clean. The neighborhood is sage and quiet. Love my stay. Would recommend and stay there again.
